How we work · Step 04 of 06

Production & fabrication: built by the people who designed it

Stages, sets and stalls built in Showdeck's own workshop; LED, sound, lighting and power supplied and operated by our technical team; everything installed and tested in a full rehearsal before doors open.

Once the renders are approved, the drawings go to our workshop. Platforms, risers, set pieces, stall structures and branding elements are fabricated, finished and test-assembled before they travel to the venue. Truss, rigging, LED walls, line-array sound, moving lights and power distribution are specified for the room and brought in by partners we work with on every show.

Load-in follows the venue's window, usually overnight. Our crew installs, our technical team programs and tests, and we run a full technical rehearsal with your presentations, videos and the artists' sound check before the doors open. This is the part of the process that most agencies subcontract and we do not.

Questions

Asked about this step

Do you build stages outside Delhi NCR?
Yes. Sets are fabricated in our workshop and transported; our core team travels and local crew work under our supervisors.
What happens if the venue power is poor?
We bring generators and clean distribution for every technical load and test it before doors. Power failures on show day are almost always a planning failure, and we plan for them.
Can we see the set before it reaches the venue?
Yes. Clients are welcome at the workshop for the test assembly; many approve finishes and colours there.
