Production is where Showdeck started and where most of our team works. We design the stage in 3D first, fabricate the set in our workshop, bring in truss, rigging, LED walls, line-array sound and moving lights, and run the show from the console on the night.

Because one team builds and runs everything, there is no gap between the stage vendor, the sound vendor and the lighting vendor. Our largest build so far is the Abhijeet Bhattacharya concert at HUDA Gymkhana Club, Gurugram, in December 2025: full stage, set, sound, lighting, artist management and crowd control.

How it runs

The work, step by step

Step 1

Design

3D renders and technical drawings of the stage, set and screens.

Step 2

Build

Fabrication in our workshop; truss, LED and sound booked and tested.

Step 3

Load-in

Set-up at the venue, usually overnight, with a full technical rehearsal before doors.

Step 4

Show and load-out

Show calling from the console; strike and venue hand-back on schedule.

Do you own the equipment or hire it?
We fabricate sets in our own workshop and keep core stage and crew in-house. LED, line-array sound and intelligent lighting come from rental partners we work with on every show, so the specification matches the venue rather than whatever is on a shelf.
How long does a stage build take?
A hotel conference set goes up overnight. A concert stage with truss, LED and sound needs one to two days plus a technical rehearsal. Exhibition pavilions are usually a two- to three-day build.
Can you work in a venue we have already booked?
Yes. Send us the venue and the date; we visit, measure and plan the build around its rules for power, load-in and sound.
