Showdeck crew on site
Six clear steps, one accountable team. This is exactly what happens between your first call and the final report.

Every good show starts with the right questions. We meet you, or visit the venue, to learn what the event must achieve: leads, ticket sales, brand recall, a launch or a celebration. We agree who the audience is, how many people you expect, and what a great result looks like.
You get a one-page brief back, so everyone signs off on the same goals before money is spent.

Our producers build a concept around your goal: the theme, the flow of the day, the artists or speakers, and where the money should go to make the biggest impact.
You receive a line-item budget with options, so you can see exactly what each element costs and choose where to save or spend.

Our design team creates 3D stage and stall renders, floor plans, branding and signage. At the same time we apply for the police, fire, excise and venue permissions the event needs.
Nothing is built until you approve the renders, so the final show looks the way you expected.

Stages, sets and stalls are fabricated by our own workshop. Our technical team supplies and runs LED walls, sound, lighting, power and streaming. Everything is set up in advance and tested in a full technical rehearsal.
One team builds and runs the technology, so there is no blame game between vendors on the day.

If the event needs an audience, we bring it. We run Meta and Google ad campaigns, influencer and PR outreach, ticketing and registrations, and we deliver every promise made to sponsors and partners.
You see weekly numbers for reach, registrations and ticket sales while the campaign runs.

On the day, a named Showdeck lead runs the show with our own crew: supervisors, hosts, promoters, security marshals, stage hands and housekeeping. After the event we hand over photos, video and a report with attendance and results.
You get one point of contact from the first call to the final report.
Send the brief: brand, objective, city and dates. We reply with an approach and a budget range, usually the same working day.
