Greater Noida is the exhibition city on our side of Delhi NCR. India Expo Centre & Mart in Knowledge Park II hosts the IHGF Delhi Fair twice a year along with industrial, auto-component and consumer expos, and it is a straight run from our office in Sector 3, Noida down the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway. This page covers what we do for exhibitors there, and for everyone else in the city.
The rest of the city is young and spread out. Knowledge Park and the Yamuna Expressway side have Sharda, Galgotias, Bennett and Gautam Buddha University and a long list of institutes whose fests, convocations and sports meets need stages, sound and a plan. Pari Chowk and the Alpha, Beta and Gamma sectors, and the high-rise belt of Greater Noida West, have residents' associations with the same Navratri, Diwali and sports-day calendar as Noida's. Surajpur, Ecotech and Kasna hold the factories, and their annual days and dealer meets.
Greater Noida has its own authority, GNIDA, and the Yamuna Expressway side has YEIDA, so the ground permission depends on exactly where the venue sits. The police are the Gautam Buddh Nagar Commissionerate, the same force as Noida's. We find out which office owns the plot before we quote.

A large convention hotel on the Surajpur side with big banquet halls, used for conferences, dealer meets and award nights that want to stay out of Delhi traffic.
The Formula 1 circuit of 2011 to 2013 and the MotoGP Bharat venue of 2023, used today for motor shows, brand drive days and very large open-air events.

What we bring down the Expressway
We have not produced a show in Greater Noida that we can put a name to yet, and we would rather say so than pad the page. What we bring is the team that produced Abhijeet Bhattacharya Live in Gurugram, the HOAI conference at Le Méridien in Delhi and Dandiya Night 2025 in Noida, with the same workshop, kit and crew, from an office half an hour up the Expressway.

The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority owns the sector grounds, parks and community centres in the main city; the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority covers the sectors along the expressway, including the circuit. Permission and ground charges come from whichever one owns the plot, and we check the plot before we quote.

Greater Noida falls under the same police commissionerate as Noida, with its own zone and stations such as Knowledge Park, Beta 2 and Surajpur. The event permission needs the authority's ground permission, the fire NOC, a crowd and parking plan and the line-up.

Exhibitors at the Mart work under the organiser's and the venue's rules on stand height, materials, electrical work and move-in and move-out slots. We build to those rules so nothing is torn down at inspection.
Fire, excise and sound
The usual set
Stages, tents and generators need the fire department's no-objection; alcohol needs a temporary bar licence from UP Excise; outdoor sound stops at 10 pm under the Noise Pollution Rules unless the district administration relaxes it for a festival.

Do you build exhibition stands at India Expo Centre & Mart?
Yes. Design, fabrication, graphics, AV, furniture and staffing for stands at the IHGF Delhi Fair and the other expos at the Mart, built to the organiser's rules on height, materials and electrical work. Send the hall, the stand size and the fair dates and we start with a 3D render.
Do you cover Greater Noida West (Noida Extension)?
Yes. The high-rise societies along the Noida Extension road are closer to our Sector 3 office than most of Greater Noida proper. Navratri nights, Diwali melas, Holi, sports days and society annual days are the usual briefs from there.
Can you run a college fest in Knowledge Park?
Yes. Stage, sound, lighting, LED, artist booking and management, crowd marshals and the permissions the campus asks for. We work with the student committee and the administration on one run sheet, and we bring our own crew so the committee can enjoy its own fest.
