Faridabad is Haryana's big industrial city, and its event calendar looks like it. Factories and dealerships along Mathura Road, in NIT and in Ballabhgarh hold annual days, dealer meets, Vishwakarma Puja functions, safety weeks and plant inaugurations. The Sector 12 Ground opposite the IOCL office takes trade fairs and exhibitions, with Nahar Singh Stadium in the same sector for the biggest public functions. And every February the Surajkund Mela Grounds turn into one of the largest craft fairs in the country, run by Haryana Tourism, with pavilions that brands, boards and state governments build from scratch.
Showdeck serves Faridabad from Noida, across the Yamuna. Kalindi Kunj and Mathura Road put the Sector 12 belt and Surajkund within reach for site visits and load-ins, and our crew and fabrication move the same way for the show itself.
Permissions in Faridabad run through the Faridabad Police Commissionerate, the Municipal Corporation of Faridabad for its grounds and for hoardings, HSVP for the sector grounds it owns, and the fire department, with Haryana Excise alongside if there is a bar. At Surajkund, Haryana Tourism's own rules come first.
Home of the Surajkund International Crafts Mela every February, run by Haryana Tourism: a ground in the Aravalli foothills with permanent stall rows, an open-air theatre and pavilion plots that brands and state boards build out for the fortnight.
The city's open ground for trade fairs, industrial exhibitions, melas and public gatherings, with room for large temporary halls, generators and parking.

From our events
What we bring to Faridabad
We have not yet produced a show in Faridabad that we can put a name to, and we would rather tell you that than dress up the page. What you get is the team behind Abhijeet Bhattacharya Live in Gurugram, the HOAI conference at Le Méridien in Delhi, the MSME Summit 2025 and the Vadilal and Punjab Grill activations, working from an office across the Yamuna in Noida.

Faridabad is a police commissionerate. The DCP of the zone clears public events once the ground permission, the fire NOC, the traffic and parking plan and the crowd and security plan are in the file, and the traffic police look at anything that spills onto Mathura Road.
Municipal Corporation and HSVP
Grounds and hoardings
The Municipal Corporation of Faridabad gives permission for its parks and grounds and for hoardings and branding in public spaces; HSVP does the same for the sector grounds and community centres it owns. Ground charges and a security deposit are normal, and we hand the ground back clean the same night.
Haryana Tourism at Surajkund
The mela's own rulebook
Pavilions and stalls at the Surajkund Mela are allotted and governed by Haryana Tourism and its partner departments, with their own rules on structure, materials, timings and branding. We design to the allotment letter and build in the slot we are given.
Fire, excise and sound
The usual set
Stages, tents and generators need the fire department's no-objection with exits and extinguishers on the drawing. Serving alcohol needs a temporary licence from the Haryana Excise and Taxation Department, specific to the venue and the date. Outdoor sound stops at 10 pm under the Noise Pollution Rules.
Questions
Asked about Faridabad
Can you build a pavilion at the Surajkund Mela?
Yes. Design, fabrication, graphics, lighting, furniture and staff for a state, brand or craft-board pavilion, built to Haryana Tourism's rules and the allotment letter. The mela runs for about a fortnight in February, so the design work starts in November and the build goes up in the days before the opening.
Do you do factory annual days and dealer meets in Faridabad?
Yes. Stage, sound, LED, seating, décor, hosts, awards and crew for annual days, long-service awards, dealer meets and plant inaugurations, inside the plant or in a hotel or banquet hall. We plan around shifts and gate rules so production is not disturbed.
Which parts of Faridabad do you cover?
All of it: the Mathura Road sectors, NIT, Old Faridabad, Ballabhgarh, Greater Faridabad and Surajkund. We come from Noida across the Yamuna, so the first site visit is normally within the week.
Send the brief: brand, objective, the venue if you have one, and dates. We come back with an approach and a budget range, usually the same working day.
