Showdeck is an event company in Noida that does the whole job in-house: planning and permissions, marketing and ticketing, design, stage and stall fabrication, the show technology our team programs and operates, and the crew on the floor. We also run festivals of our own, AI Bharat Connect, Cardio Carnival and Bharat Gully, alongside work for clients.

That shape matters if you want to learn events. A producer here sits in the budget meeting, walks the venue, briefs the fabricators and the crew, and is on the floor with a radio when doors open. A designer sees the render become a stage. A marketing executive watches the registration numbers move while the campaign runs. The work is not cut into slices you never see the end of.

A straight word on openings: we do not keep a permanent vacancy list, and we will not post roles we do not have. Send your details anyway. Applications stay on file, and when an event or a season needs more people, that file is where we look first.

Who we hire

  • Event managers and producersOwn the plan, the run sheet, the vendors, the permissions and show day itself. One named lead is accountable for each event.
  • Production and technical crewStage and set fabrication in the workshop, and the LED, sound, lighting, power and show control that get rigged, tested and run on site.
  • DesignersEvent identity, 3D stage renders, stall layouts, signage, print files and social creatives, designed as one system from the gate to the stage.
  • Marketing executivesMeta and Google campaigns, influencer and PR outreach, ticketing and registrations, sponsor decks and the weekly numbers that go to clients.
  • InternsOperations, design and marketing, around a season or a specific event, working on live projects with the team.

Show days

Hours follow the event

Load-in can run through the night and doors open in the morning. Around a show, days are long. Between shows, the office in Sector 3, Noida keeps regular hours, Monday to Saturday.

Venues across Delhi NCR

Convention centres, stadiums, grounds, hotels and campuses in Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. Expect recces and site visits, not only a desk.

Showdeck staffs its own events and client events with its own crew: supervisors, hosts and ushers, promoters, security marshals, stage crew and housekeeping, with a Showdeck lead on site. Expos at Yashobhoomi, concerts in Gurugram, campus programmes across Delhi NCR and community nights in Noida have all run on this crew.

How it runs

How crew work with us

Step 1

Register

Name, phone, the areas you can reach and the roles you can do. No CV needed; tell us about past events in the form.

Step 2

We call

When an event near you needs your role, we call with the date, venue, reporting time, dress code and the rate for that shift. You confirm or pass.

Step 3

Briefing

A written brief and a briefing call before the event: the brand, the script, who your supervisor is and where to report.

Step 4

On the day

Uniform as briefed: black formals, a branded T-shirt or the client's own. A supervisor for every 10 to 15 crew, and attendance recorded for every shift.

What we ask of crew: be on time, in the dress code, with a charged phone and an ID for venue passes. Hindi and English help at registration desks and in hosting roles; tell us any other languages you speak.

Before you apply

Are there open roles at Showdeck right now?
Not always, and we would rather say so than post vacancies we do not have. Send your details anyway: applications stay on file, and when an event or a season needs more people, that file is where we look first.
I have never worked at an event. Can I still register as crew?
Yes. Hosting, ushering, promotion and housekeeping roles start with a written brief, a briefing call and a supervisor on the floor, so a first shift is manageable. For stage crew and security marshal roles, tell us where you have done the work before.
Do I need to be in Noida?
The office is at F-7, Sector 3, Noida, and office roles are based there, with time on site around events. Crew work happens wherever the event is, mostly Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad, so tell us the areas you can reach on the day.
