How we work · Step 05 of 06

Marketing & ticketing: the room is sold before doors open

Meta and Google campaigns, influencers, PR, on-ground promotion, ticketing and registrations run to a calendar that ends on show day, with weekly numbers while the campaign runs.

If the event needs an audience, we build the campaign backwards from the date: when tickets or registrations open, when the line-up or agenda drops, when creators post, when look-walkers and canopies hit the streets, and what each of those must deliver. Ads run from your own accounts with the Pixel and conversion events set up properly, so you can see what every rupee produced.

Ticketing is a plan, not a listing: pricing tiers, phased releases, promo codes for partners, group sales to colleges and companies, and reminders to registered guests so that registrations turn into attendance. Sponsor deliverables promised in the deck are tracked here too.

Questions

Asked about this step

Do you guarantee ticket sales?
No one honestly can. We do commit to a plan with weekly numbers against it, and we move budget to the channels that are working while the campaign runs.
Can we use our own ticketing platform?
Yes. We work with the main Indian platforms and with direct sales; the plan adapts to the platform you prefer.
Can you also promote an event you are not producing?
Yes. Marketing and ticketing are stand-alone services.
