Our largest production so far happened in Gurugram. On 20 December 2025 we produced Abhijeet Bhattacharya Live at the HUDA Gymkhana Club in Sector 29: the stage and set build, the sound and lighting, artist management, crowd control and our own crew on the ground. Everything on this page is shaped by what that show taught us about the city.

Gurugram's event work splits in two. There is the corporate city of Cyber City, Udyog Vihar, Golf Course Road and Sohna Road, where head offices book town halls, dealer meets, launches and award nights in the Leela Ambience, Westin, Hyatt Regency and Trident ballrooms. And there is the concert city of Sector 29, where Leisure Valley Ground hosts touring artists and the Gymkhana Club ground takes mid-size shows. Showdeck is built for both: a production team for the grounds, a planning and design team for the ballrooms.

Permissions here run through HSVP, which owns the Sector 29 grounds, the Gurugram Police Commissionerate, the Municipal Corporation for hoardings and its own grounds, and the fire department. The 10 pm limit on outdoor sound is enforced firmly in Gurugram, so we build the run of show backwards from it.

Abhijeet Bhattacharya Live, our biggest show so far

A headline playback-singer concert on the Gymkhana Club ground in Sector 29, produced end to end: the stage and set, truss, LED wall and intelligent lighting, line-array sound, a full technical rehearsal before doors, artist management and hospitality, barricading and crowd control, and Showdeck supervisors, marshals and stage hands on radio through the show.

Who signs off an event in Gurugram

HSVP

The Sector 29 grounds

Leisure Valley Ground and the HUDA Gymkhana Club belong to the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran, the former HUDA. Booking the ground, paying its charges and following its conditions on timings, barricading and restoration come before anything else is filed.

Gurugram Police

Event permission from the Commissionerate

Gurugram is a police commissionerate. The DCP of the zone clears the event once the ground permission, the fire NOC, the traffic and parking plan and the crowd and security plan are in the file, and for big concerts the traffic police issue an advisory that we coordinate with them.

Municipal Corporation and fire

Hoardings, cleanliness and the fire NOC

Hoardings, gantries and branding outside the venue need the Municipal Corporation of Gurugram's advertising permission. Stages, tents and generators need the fire department's no-objection, with exits and extinguishers on the drawing.

Excise and sound

Bar licences and a firm 10 pm

Serving alcohol needs a temporary licence from the Haryana Excise and Taxation Department, specific to the venue and the date. The 10 pm limit on outdoor sound is enforced firmly in Gurugram, so headliners go on early and the run of show is built backwards from the cut-off.

Yes. We produced Abhijeet Bhattacharya Live at the Gymkhana Club ground in December 2025, with the stage, sound, lighting, artist management and crowd control all handled by our team. Leisure Valley next door is bigger and works the same way: HSVP booking, police permission, fire NOC, generators, barricading and a 10 pm finish.

Yes. Town halls, annual days, dealer meets, launches and award nights in the Cyber City, Udyog Vihar, Golf Course Road and NH-48 hotels and offices, with design, AV, hosts and crew from one team and one lead.
How early should we start for a Gurugram event?
A hotel event: six to eight weeks. A ground concert: three to four months, because the ground booking, the police file and the artist contract all have lead times, and the best winter dates on the Sector 29 grounds go early.
