Kavi Nagar Ramlila Ground
Kavi Nagar
The ground of the city's best-known Ramlila, used through the year for fairs, exhibitions, rallies and cultural shows. Large temporary stages, generators and barricading are the norm.

Society festivals in Indirapuram, Vaishali, Vasundhara and Raj Nagar Extension, mall activations, shows on the Kavi Nagar Ramlila Ground, school functions and factory events, from a team half an hour away in Noida.
Ghaziabad starts across the Hindon from Noida's Sectors 62 and 63, and Indirapuram, Vaishali and Kaushambi are closer to our office in Sector 3, Noida than much of Noida is. The city is a residential giant: Indirapuram, Vasundhara, Vaishali, Raj Nagar Extension, Crossings Republik and Wave City between them hold hundreds of societies, each with a Navratri, Diwali, Holi and sports-day calendar and a committee that wants the night to go well.
It is also a business city. The Sahibabad industrial area, Site IV and Mohan Nagar hold factories and warehouses with annual days and dealer meets; the Raj Nagar and Kavi Nagar side has schools and institutes with fests and convocations; and the Kavi Nagar Ramlila Ground is a large public ground used for the city's best-known Ramlila, fairs, rallies and cultural shows. The Blue Line to Vaishali, the Red Line to Shaheed Sthal and the Namo Bharat stations at Sahibabad and Ghaziabad bring Delhi crowds in for ticketed events.
Permissions in Ghaziabad go through the Ghaziabad Development Authority or the Nagar Nigam for the ground, depending on who owns it, and the Ghaziabad Police Commissionerate for the event. UP Avas Vikas developed Vasundhara and Vaishali, so some of that land is theirs. We find the owner of the plot first; it saves a week.

Kavi Nagar
The ground of the city's best-known Ramlila, used through the year for fairs, exhibitions, rallies and cultural shows. Large temporary stages, generators and barricading are the norm.
Kaushambi and Sahibabad
The two full-service hotels on the Delhi border, with banquet halls for conferences, award nights and dealer meets that do not want to cross into Delhi traffic.
Indirapuram and Sahibabad
Weekend crowds for brand activations, sampling, launches and pop-ups, under each mall's rules on timings and power.
Across the city
Clubhouse lawns and society grounds that become a festival ground for one night, with the RWA, the police and the neighbours all kept on side.
More on these and other Delhi NCR venues on our venues page.
We have not produced a show in Ghaziabad that we can name here yet, and we would rather say so than dress the page up. What we bring is the crew and kit that ran Dandiya Night 2025 for a Noida RWA a few kilometres away, the production team from Abhijeet Bhattacharya Live in Gurugram and the conference team from the HOAI event at Le Méridien, working from an office about half an hour from Indirapuram.

The Ghaziabad Development Authority owns most of the planned sectors and their grounds, including Indirapuram; the Nagar Nigam looks after the parks and grounds in the older city; and UP Avas Vikas Parishad developed Vasundhara and Vaishali. The ground permission and charges come from the owner, so we check the plot before anything else.
Ghaziabad became a police commissionerate in November 2022. The DCP of the zone and the local station clear the event once the ground permission, the fire NOC, a crowd and parking plan and the line-up are in the file. Indirapuram, Kaushambi, Sahibabad and Kavi Nagar each have their own station.
Hoardings, gantries, pole kiosks and branding outside the venue need the Nagar Nigam's advertising permission, which has its own fee schedule. We include it in the budget rather than discover it on the day.
Stages, tents and generators need the fire department's no-objection with exits and extinguishers marked. Alcohol at a corporate or private event needs a temporary bar licence from UP Excise. Outdoor sound stops at 10 pm under the Noise Pollution Rules unless the district administration relaxes it for a festival night.
Send the brief: brand, objective, the venue if you have one, and dates. We come back with an approach and a budget range, usually the same working day.
