What the system does

Everything between the invitation and the report

QR code check-in at an event entrance

Online registration & ticketing

A registration page on your domain or ours, with fields that change by attendee type, caps per category, approval queues for invite-only events, group bookings, promo codes and GST invoices. Payments through the Indian gateways you already use, or free registration with OTP verification.

A phone showing a social feed and an event ticket

WhatsApp journeys

Most Indian guests live on WhatsApp, so the pass goes there: confirmation, QR, reminders, the agenda, parking and a helpdesk that answers questions. Email and SMS run alongside for the people who prefer them.

A camera at an access gate

QR, RFID and face check-in

Encrypted single-use QR codes on the phone or on paper, RFID wristbands or smart badges for tap-in, and face recognition for guests who opt in by uploading a photo. Name lookup is always there as the fallback.

Conference badges and lanyards

On-the-spot badge printing

Badges print as guests arrive, so there is no alphabetised table and no "I cannot find my name". Templates per role, colour-coded access levels, sponsor logos, PVC or eco paper, lanyards supplied. Reprints and edits at the desk in seconds.

A self-service check-in kiosk

Kiosks and self check-in

Tablet or floor-standing kiosks in your branding: scan or look at the camera, confirm the details, and the badge prints. Kiosks run beside staffed desks so VIPs, speakers and media have their own lane.

Access control and sessions

Portable turnstiles and handheld scanners open only the zones a badge is allowed into, stop duplicate entries, count occupancy by hall and record session attendance for certificates and sponsors.

Exhibitor lead capture

Exhibitors scan visitor badges with their phone, add notes and ratings, and download their leads the same evening. Organisers see which stands drew the most traffic.

Live dashboard and reports

Registrations against check-ins, arrivals per hour, no-show rate, gate traffic and session numbers while the event runs. Afterwards: attendance, sessions, leads and feedback, exported to your CRM or a spreadsheet.

AI, with a job to do

Where the AI actually helps

We name what each feature does, because "AI-powered" on its own means nothing at a registration desk.

Face check-in

Guests who upload a photo at registration are recognised at the gate and badged without touching anything. Photos are stored encrypted and deleted after the event.

Duplicate and fraud detection

A pass works once. The system flags shared screenshots, duplicate registrations and suspicious bulk sign-ups before the day.

WhatsApp assistant

A trained assistant answers guest questions about timings, venue, parking and their pass around the clock, and hands anything unusual to a person.

Attendance forecast

Registration patterns from the campaign predict likely turnout by day and hour, so catering, seating and gate staffing are planned on evidence.

Smart matchmaking

For summits and B2B expos, delegates get meeting suggestions based on interests and roles, and exhibitors see the visitors most likely to buy.

Auto-generated report

A first draft of the post-event report, with attendance, sessions, peak hours and leads, is ready the morning after.

Questions

Frequently asked

How fast is check-in?
A guest with a QR pass or a registered face is through in a few seconds, badge in hand. The slow part at most events is finding a name on a list; we remove that step.
What about guests who did not register?
They register at a kiosk or a spot-registration counter, pay if needed, and get the same badge. Walk-ins join the same data, so your report is complete.
Does it work if the venue internet fails?
Yes. Check-in runs from a local cache and syncs when the connection returns. We also bring backup internet.
Is face recognition compulsory for guests?
No. It is opt-in at registration. Anyone can use QR or a name lookup instead. Photos are stored encrypted and deleted after the event unless you ask us to keep them.
Can you use our existing registration list or ticketing platform?
Yes. We import lists, connect to the main ticketing platforms and CRMs, and can read a third-party registration database at the gate.
Which events is this for?
Anything from a 100-person board meeting to a multi-day exhibition. Hardware, lanes and staff scale with the numbers.
Who owns the data?
You do. Guest data is processed for your event under our privacy policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act; you receive the exports and we delete what you do not need.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on attendee numbers, the hardware needed and the days on site. Tell us the event and the numbers and we send a clear quote, not a per-ticket commission.
