Our office is in Sector 3. Corporate events, society festivals, concerts, campus fests and mall activations across Noida, planned, built, marketed and staffed by one team, with the Noida Authority and police permissions filed by us.
Showdeck is a Noida company. Our office is at F-7, Sector 3, a few minutes from the DND Flyway and the Sector 15 and 16 metro stations, so a site visit anywhere in Noida is a short drive and not a day trip. We plan, design, build, market and staff events from here for the whole of Delhi NCR, and this page is about the work on our own doorstep.
The briefs from Noida are varied. Offices along the Noida Expressway and in Sectors 16, 62 and 63 want town halls, launches and annual days. Residents' associations in Sectors 50, 61, 93 and 137 want Navratri nights, Holi, Diwali melas and sports days that run safely and end on time. Colleges and schools need fests with a proper stage and a proper plan. Showrooms and brands want activations at the Sector 18 malls and markets. These are the formats we are asked for most, and the ones this page is about.
Permissions in Noida run through the Noida Authority for grounds, parks and community centres, and through the Gautam Buddh Nagar Police for the event itself. We know the offices, the forms and the lead times, and we file them for you.

A residential community's Navratri night for a Noida RWA: a stage with sound and lighting, décor, a run of show that kept the dandiya going and the neighbours on side, and crowd management by our own crew. It is the format we point to when a society committee asks what a well-run Navratri night looks like.
The New Okhla Industrial Development Authority allots the stadium, the sector parks and the community centres. Using any of them needs the Authority's permission and its booking charges, and the ground goes back clean, which our housekeeping team does the same night.
Noida has been a police commissionerate since January 2020. The DCP of the zone and the local police station clear the event, and they want the fire NOC, the venue permission, a crowd and parking plan and the artist line-up in the file before they do. We file the set together, well before the date.
Stages, tents and generator sets need a fire department no-objection, with extinguishers and exits marked on the plan. Outdoor sound has to stop at 10 pm under the Noise Pollution Rules; the district administration relaxes it on some festival nights, and we plan the run of show around whichever applies.
Serving alcohol at a corporate or private event needs a temporary bar licence from UP Excise, tied to the venue and the date. Recorded and live music need PPL and IPRS licences, which our team files.
