How we work · Step 06 of 06

Show day & report: one lead, one radio, and proof afterwards

A named Showdeck lead runs the day from a control point with our own crew on every floor, then you receive photos, video and a results report within seven working days.

On the day, a named Showdeck lead runs the event from a control point with a radio and the run sheet. Our own crew is on every floor: supervisors, hosts and ushers, promoters, security marshals, stage hands and housekeeping, all briefed on your brand and your guests. The technical team runs the show from the console; artist liaison walks the artists from the green room to the stage on time.

The event does not end at load-out. Within seven working days you receive the report: attendance against registrations, footfall by zone where we counted it, leads captured, media coverage, sponsor visibility with photographs, and what we would change next time. Photos and video follow with it.

Questions

Asked about this step

Who do we talk to on the day?
One person: the Showdeck lead named in the plan. Your team never has to find the sound vendor or the stall contractor; that is our job.
How do you count attendance at a free event?
Gate counters and sample counts at fixed intervals, plus QR check-ins where there is registration. The method is stated in the report so the number can be trusted.
Can you handle VIP and government protocol?
Yes. We have run ministerial conferences and celebrity-guest summits; protocol, security liaison and arrival sequencing are part of the run sheet.
