The spring edition of the IHGF Delhi Fair is scheduled for 15 to 19 March 2027, according to the Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts (EPCH). The fair is normally held at India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida; EPCH's dates page does not name the 2027 venue, and it warns that dates can change, so confirm before booking travel.
What it is
A large trade-only fair where Indian exporters show home décor, furnishings, gifts, lifestyle products, furniture and fashion accessories to international buyers. It runs twice a year, in spring and autumn.
Who attends
Handicraft and home-lifestyle exporters, overseas importers and retail buyers, sourcing agents, and design and packaging service providers. It is not open to the general public.
For exhibitors and service brands
- Bring export pricing, lead times and certifications; set up meetings with pre-registered buyers in advance.
- Logistics, packaging and fintech companies serving exporters can reach thousands of small exporters by sponsoring or exhibiting.
- Stall design matters: buyers walk long halls, so a clear, well-lit display stops them.
