IITF 2026: India International Trade Fair, 14–27 November at Bharat Mandapam

India's biggest consumer-and-trade fair returns to Bharat Mandapam (Pragati Maidan) from 14 to 27 November 2026. Organised by the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), the 45th edition carries the theme Vikas aur Virasat (development and heritage) and spreads over more than 1,04,000 square metres of halls.

Who is there

State pavilions, central ministries and PSUs, thousands of MSMEs, D2C brands and overseas exhibitors. In previous years the first few days were reserved for business visitors and the rest were open to the public; ITPO has not yet published the split for 2026, so check its site before you plan a visit.

How to visit

In recent editions tickets were sold online and at selected metro stations, not at the gate. Supreme Court metro station (Blue Line) is the nearest. Weekends are extremely busy; weekday afternoons are the calmest.

For exhibitors and brands

• Book a stall through ITPO, or through your state or ministry pavilion.
• Design for crowds: sampling, demos and quick checkout beat static displays.
• Use business days for distributor meetings, public days for sales and lead collection.
• Tell invitees exactly how to buy entry so they do not turn back at the gate.
