From 3D design to load-out
Showdeck’s production team designs every stage and set in 3D first, so you approve exactly what will be built. We then fabricate and install it: wooden and metal stage platforms, scaffold and truss structures, rigging, backdrops, LED walls, lighting, branded arches, canopies and exhibition stalls.
Because design, fabrication and AV sit inside one team, the LED wall fits the stage, the truss carries the lights it was designed for, and the branding matches the creative. Our crew handles safety checks, overnight builds at hotels and convention centres in Delhi, Noida and Gurugram, and load-out after the show.

Common questions.
Do you fabricate in-house?
Yes. Our own production team designs, fabricates and installs stages, sets, stalls and canopies, and operates the AV on the day.
How long does a stage build take?
Most conference and award stages are built overnight or in a day; large concert stages need one to three days depending on the venue.
Can you work to our venue’s rules?
Yes. We handle venue approvals, load-in windows, safety checks and fire norms at hotels, convention centres and open grounds.
Do you share designs before building?
Always. You approve 3D renders and dimensions before fabrication starts.
